Result oriented professional with over 20+ years of experience in the ITES with a customer 1st attitude (2 years of experience in NBFC-MFI, 10 years in SECURITY & 8 years in CONSTRUCTION), combining strong IT & analytical skills with business acumen, to positively contribute to the organization’s bottom-line.
Possess thorough experience in Project Management, Implementation, Transition Management, Client Engagement, Business Process Management, Team Management, Relationship Management and good understanding of the Consumer/customer.
Presently serving as Head – ICT From January 2015 till Date;
Roles : The role is to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that align with the mission of HEWA HOLDINGS. Will need to take executive decisions and will need to direct the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and mission development.
Responsibilities : I am responsible for all aspects of the IT and Systems which includes - Propose budgets for projects, purchases and upgrades equipment, supervise computer specialists and IT workers, and presides over IT-related projects
